You’ve spent your whole life showing up for everyone else.

Now it’s time to show up for yourself.

You're the one who holds it all together. The one who manages more at work than anyone else, remembers everyone's appointments, gets the dog to the vet, listens when your partner needs to vent, shows up for the kids, the friends, the family, and still somehow finds a way to do more.

And you do it all. Every single day.

And it is still. Never. Enough.

Not enough for them. Not enough for you. You get to the end of the day, and instead of feeling proud of everything you carried, you're already running the mental tab of what you didn't get done, what you should have handled better, what tomorrow needs from you.

You're exhausted in a way that a good night's sleep doesn't touch.

Here's the thing nobody is saying out loud: the problem isn't that you're not doing enough. The problem is that you've been so busy proving your worth through doing, that you've completely lost track of who you actually are underneath all of it.

That stops here.

Wild Grit is for women who are done white-knuckling their way through their own lives and are ready to do something about it. Not someday. Now.

Who This is for

You look like you have it together. And that’s no lie. You do. You're capable, you're driven, and you get things done.

But you're also running on fumes and have been for a while.

You're the woman who hits every goal and immediately moves the goalpost. Who knows exactly what she should be doing and still can't seem to do it consistently. Who starts over on Monday more times than she can count. Who is so used to being hard on herself that the inner critic has basically moved in and started paying rent.

You're not lazy. You're not broken. You're just so far into everyone else's world that you've lost the thread back to your own.

If you read that and felt something, that's not an accident. This is for you.

What coaching actually is

This isn't about doing more.

Wild Grit coaching is about building a real relationship with yourself so you can stop white-knuckling your way through life and start actually living it.

Consistency over control
You don't need more willpower or a better plan. You need to stop starting over and build something that actually holds.

Connection over perfection
The world has spent a long time convincing you that you're not enough. This work is about finding out that was never true.

Strength through discomfort
Real change doesn't happen in the safe zone. We go to the uncomfortable places and I'll be right there with you.

About Me

I'm Nicole, a behavioral health professional with 16 years of experience and a certified coach. I've spent my career sitting with people in their hardest moments, and what I know for certain is that the women who show up in my coaching sessions are not broken. They're just tired of living small. I'm here to help change that.
